CANUSSA was founded in Spain in 2017 with a mission: to simplify everyday life through premium accessories that combine timeless design, functionality and exceptional craftsmanship.
From the beginning, we have focused on creating accessories using high-performance vegan alternatives to leather, combining design, functionality and durability with a different, more circular approach to materials.

In 2022, CANUSSA became B Corp certified, reinforcing our commitment to creating positive environmental and social impact through design, innovation and responsible business practices.

Each CANUSSA product is designed and made in Spain, working with local workshops and Spanish suppliers. This proximity allows us to build close relationships, share knowledge and take care of every stage of the process.

Circular design has been part of CANUSSA from the very beginning and is reflected in the way we approach each product and its journey. This vision leads us to explore new ways of making the most of resources, extending the life of our products and creating value from materials and processes.
Over time, this way of working has led to new collaborations and projects, and has found its own space in CANUSSA LAB, our circular innovation lab.
At CANUSSA LAB, we research, experiment and develop new solutions for the future of design and manufacturing. We collaborate with startups, universities, technology institutes and public institutions to explore new materials, technologies and processes, as well as waste valorisation projects, transforming waste into new opportunities.
