INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

In accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), and in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), it is mandatory to obtain the express consent of the user of all websites that use non-essential cookies, before the user navigates through them.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies, or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the site.

  • Affiliate cookies: track visits from other websites with which an affiliate agreement has been established (affiliate companies).

  • Security cookies: store encrypted information to prevent stored data from being vulnerable to malicious third-party attacks.

ACCORDING TO OWNERSHIP

  • First-party cookies: sent to the user's device from a server managed by the website owner.

  • Third-party cookies: sent from a domain not managed by the website owner, but by another entity that processes the data obtained.

ACCORDING TO STORAGE DURATION

  • Session cookies: designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a web page.

  • Persistent cookies: data remains stored and can be accessed and processed for a defined period, from minutes to several years.
