What does vegan fashion mean?
Vegan fashion refers to products made without materials of animal origin or animal-derived components. At CANUSSA, we work with innovative vegan alternatives, including recycled and recyclable materials and materials made from plant-based and agricultural waste.
What materials does CANUSSA use?
We use a range of innovative materials, including recycled and recyclable materials and materials made from agricultural and plant-based waste. Depending on the product, these may include high-quality microfiber, recycled polyester and innovative materials developed from local waste such as persimmon and palm residues.
Do you use recycled materials?
Yes. We use recycled materials across selected products. For example, our Seaqual lining is made from recycled polyester derived from post-consumer plastic bottles and plastic collected from the ocean, and is GRS certified.

No, we do not have a fixed minimum order quantity. We can adapt production to the needs of each project.

How quickly can you produce an order?
Our production times depend on the product, quantity and level of customization. For certain products and projects, we can produce up to 100 units within 48 hours. Please contact us with your requirements so we can confirm the exact lead time.
Can you handle large corporate orders?
Yes. We work with both small and large corporate projects and can adapt production according to the required quantity, product and personalization. For larger orders, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can plan production accordingly.
Can I order products that are not currently in stock?
Yes. Depending on the product, we can manufacture products according to order requirements.
Shipping, exchanges & returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our production lead times are short, with most orders being produced within 2–3 business days. Delivery times will then depend on the destination and shipping method. Once we receive your order, we will confirm the estimated delivery time based on the shipping destination.

How do I manage an exchange or return?
Please contact our customer service team at info@canussa.com. Customized corporate gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a defect, imperfection or similar issue. For eligible products, returns can be requested within 14 days of the shipping date.
