Canussa Lab, the innovation lab, and MASMOVIL Group, one of Spain's leading telecommunications companies, have finalized a cutting-edge collaboration in sustainability. Together, they lead an innovative sustainability project that transforms MASMOVIL's waste into premium corporate gifts for their employees.
B Corp Companies
This project stems from the shared vision of both companies to contribute to environmental care and promote the reuse of materials to reduce waste, aiming for zero waste. As both companies are part of the B Corp community, one of their goals is to make an effort to combat waste and promote sustainability.
In this case, MASMOVIL chose not to discard surplus sanitary masks that had remained unused, but instead sought a more responsible solution: they contacted the consulting team at Canussa Lab, the innovation lab of Canussa, where they decided to shred and reuse production waste, giving it a second life. The product chosen by MASMOVIL was a Closset, a hanger for bags or backpacks, ideal for the office, bike, or scooter.
Sustainable Corporate Gifts
These Clossets are a sustainable corporate gift that not only demonstrate MASMOVIL Group's appreciation towards its team but also serve as a testament to their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
Maria Cano, founder and CEO of Canussa, expressed her excitement about this collaboration: "We are thrilled to work with another B Corp like MASMOVIL Group on this unique project that combines sustainability and corporate responsibility. We hope to set an example for many other companies who are unsure of what to do with their waste, and at Canussa, we can offer a solution in the form of corporate gifts or office furniture, among others.
Towards a More Circular Future
This joint project between Canussa and MASMOVIL Group not only demonstrates the importance of collaboration between companies to tackle environmental challenges but also highlights the potential of sustainability in the world of fashion and corporate production. With a clear focus on reuse and waste reduction, these two Spanish companies are leading the way towards a more circular future.
