Our story

In 2017, Maria Cano founded Canussa after identifying an opportunity in the office accessory market: the lack of elegant and functional computer bags and backpacks. As a consumer, Maria was disappointed with the declining quality in fashion, especially in premium brands that chose to manufacture in Asia, sacrificing quality for cost. Aware of the social and environmental impact of fashion, Canussa was born.

A brand of minimalist, practical, and smart accessories ethically crafted in artisan workshops in Spain, reducing carbon footprint and ensuring optimal working conditions.

From design, we prioritize the quality and durability of each product, extending its lifespan with timeless and practical designs.

Regarding materials, we keep up with the most innovative materials, selecting those with a lower carbon, water, and ecological footprint that also meet our high-quality standards.

At Canussa, we believe in a circular future, so we work to innovate and create fashion that's more respectful of the planet and people.
