Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using www.canussa.com. By using and shopping on www.canussa.com, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. As the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system’s capabilities or relevant laws and regulatory requirements), we recommend that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made in the terms and conditions.
We currently ship to the following listed countries:
Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla)

We offer free shipping on all purchases.
You can expect your order to arrive within 2-6 full business days.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost could be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement on www.canussa.com. If your goods have already been shipped, the delivery charge will not be refunded and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. All goods must be returned to us, unused, and in the original packaging.
You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us with your order number and reason for wanting the refund. You must return the product to us immediately in the same condition you received it (at your own cost and risk). You have a legal obligation to take care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a claim against you for compensation. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of the day you gave notice of your cancellation.
We would appreciate any comments regarding our merchandise or the manner in which your order was handled. Our customer service team can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event of faulty goods, please be kind to them, please email us at email@example.com, with your order number and nature of the fault
There is no need to contact us when returning items that are unsuitable.
* Please fill in the returns form included with your order, stating if you require an exchange or refund as well as the nature of your return. ie, faulty item / doesn’t fit etc.
If you have lost this then please send us an email explaining your reasons.

If you are returning an item to us, the cost of the return and condition of the item / items is your responsibility.
• The item(s) are your responsibility until arrival at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send the parcel using a secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
• Products must be sent back with the original correct product packaging (including product bag), otherwise they will not be accepted
• All returns (including the product packaging) must arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty).
• Product bags must NOT be used as postal wrapping.
• We will send an email to you once the return has been processed.
• Your refund will be credited back to the same credit/debit card or paypal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that refunds for goods bought as gifts can only be reimbursed to the debit or credit cardholder (the original payer).
• If you have any problems please keep your invoice displaying your order details for your reference and quote your order reference on all correspondence.
• Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the product being returned to you without refund.
• In the unlikely event of a fraudulent transaction, a refund will be made once an investigation has been carried out.
Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving us notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our Customer Service Team has handled your return. You also have the right to keep the defective product and ask for a reduction of the price.
AVAILABILITY & OFFER VALIDITY
We endeavour to have all offered items in stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. You will be informed by email and any payments will of course be refunded.
The prices and offers displayed on the Website are valid at the time they occur, unless other specific terms are stated on the Website. Pricing errors, spelling errors and other errors or mistakes can occur.
In order to shop at www.canussa.com you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card accepted by us. If you have not yet turned 18 years of age, you must also have the legal right to enter into the agreement.
At this moment we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a home or business/office address in one of the countries listed under the „We ship to“ section. Therefore, our site is only intended to be used by people resident in those listed countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We may decline an offer, or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for any damages or costs. We will notify you by email in advance of any such action, to try and resolve the issue and will return any applicable payments made to us without deduction:
• Your payment information is incorrect or not verifiable;
• Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity;
• There was an unintentional error on the Website; e.g. a payment error etc;
• We have reason to believe you are a minor under the age of 18;
• You are not a resident of one of the countries listed under the „We ship to“ section or we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
By placing an order on www.canussa.com, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion.
At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?
The moment you click „Place order“ and the receipt is displayed on your screen, you are bound by your offer. However, please refer to „Returns and Cancellations“.
The receipt you receive is an automated acknowledgement that means we have received your submitted offer. However, the acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted your offer, and we reserve an explicit right to decline your offer after you have received the automatic acknowledgement.
If we accept your offer, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have accepted your order (order confirmation). The contract between you and us will be effective from the time that the order confirmation is sent.
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you. However, please always ensure you review your offer before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit/debit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping bag.
In order to protect our customers and maintain the security of shopping online, we may run verification checks on the data you submit when you place an offer. These checks may include address and payment verification and screening your offer to prevent fraud.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER
To maintain your own security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your Card Verification Number (CVV) when paying with credit card. You can find the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card. It generally appears to the right of your signature strip.
When your order and data have been verified and your ordered products leave our stock fulfilment/logistics centre for shipping, the payment will be deducted from your account. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
The product image is not contractual. The colors can have different tones on different computer screens or printer print-outs, and the image can potentially vary slightly from reality.
PRICES & TAXES
All prices on products, shipping charges and other services do not include sales taxes. The shipping charge is added per order. Please go to „Shipping Charges“ for details concerning the charges for your specific country. We will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as fees and possible delivery costs.
The prices displayed on the Website are those that apply at the time of purchase. The prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have accepted. We endeavour to avoid information errors, but please note that pricing errors, spelling errors and other errors or mistakes can occur from time to time. We will verify prices as part of our confirmation procedures. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the lesser amount will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on www.canussa.com, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will reject your offer and notify you by email.
All prices displayed on www.canussa.com are quoted in the currency that refers to the country which is selected by our IP Geo-location feature. If you want to change the country selection, please use the country selector link at the top of the web page. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged in. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price and the shipping costs.
